Sunflower Fields: A Manifesto | Project by Hamburg City Curator

On historic Hammaburg Platz, once the site of the early medieval fortress from which the city of Hamburg developed, a temporary installation by renowned US artist Agnes Denes, a pioneer of Environmental Art, brings art, ecology and urban development into dialogue.

Curated by Hamburg City Curator Joanna Warsza, the project approaches public space as a living, regenerative environment.
