Club d’Arc

Club d’Arc

The Millerntorwache is the last remaining structure of the former Millerntor city gate, which stood between St. Pauli and Hamburg’s city centre until 1839. Its original function is temporarily reversed: once a site of separation, it becomes a space for exchange and encounter, with Club d’Arc inviting visitors into conversation.

Under the title »Auf der Wacht«, Club d’Arc brings together different perspectives on the theme of borders. The Millerntorwache is an outpost of the Museum für Hamburgische Geschichte, operated by the Alfred Toepfer Stiftung F.V.S.
