Kunstverein in Hamburg

Founded in 1817, the Kunstverein in Hamburg is one of the city’s oldest art institutions. Its programme of changing contemporary art exhibitions, artistic projects and public discourse engages with current social and aesthetic questions.

The Kunstverein presents solo exhibitions by emerging artists alongside the work of established international artists.
