nachtspeicher23 e.V. is an independent off-space for contemporary art in Hamburg-St. Georg. Founded by artists in 2008 and run on a voluntary basis, the gallery serves as a platform for artistic experimentation, exchange and engagement, independent of market interests.

Its exhibition programme spans painting, sculpture and installation to photography and video, presenting both emerging and established artists. Housed in a former shop space in a 1911 building, nachtspeicher23 provides a setting for regional and international artistic practices.
